SURGICAL · PERMANENT RESULT

Hair Transplant — FUE & FUT

The only permanent restoration option. We move healthy follicles from the back and sides (the donor area, which is not susceptible to DHT) into thinning zones. The transplanted hair is yours — and it stays.

Two approaches to harvesting grafts

FUT (Strip)

Follicular Unit Transplantation
  • Donor strip removed from the occipital area, sutured
  • Faint linear scar — visible only at military buzz length
  • Hair length is preserved on the day of surgery
  • Sutures removed 12–14 days post-op
  • Best for patients who wear longer hair styles
.7mm

Our FUE punch is smaller than industry standard.

Most clinics use a 1.0mm or 1.25mm punch. HRI uses a 0.7mm. Smaller punches mean less scarring, faster healing, and a more natural-looking donor area at any hair length.

NON-SURGICAL · REGENERATIVE

PRP, Growth Factors & Exosomes

The cutting edge in hair restoration science. These therapies harness the regenerative power of cellular-derived proteins, extracellular vesicles, and tissue matrices to stimulate hair follicles, improve scalp health, and restore thinning hair.

Three regenerative options

PRP uses your own blood. Growth Factors and Exosomes use ethically-sourced umbilical-cord–derived signaling proteins. All three can be combined.

PRP

Platelet-Rich Plasma

A small vial of your own blood, spun in a centrifuge to concentrate platelets. The platelet-rich plasma is then injected into the scalp, where the growth factors stimulate hair follicles. Includes complimentary LLLT laser session and RX support.

PROGRAMS
PRP 4 / 6 / 8 sessions over 6–12 months
GROWTH FACTORS

Growth Factor Matrix

Protein-rich signaling environment that supports structural healing of the scalp and hair follicles. Best for moderate hair loss (Norwood 3–5). Can be added to PRP or used standalone for amplified results.

PROGRAMS
GF 4 / 6 / 8 — typically combined with PRP
EXOSOMES

Exosome Therapy

Microscopic extracellular vesicles that act as cell-to-cell messengers, carrying growth factors, proteins, mRNA, and microRNA. Most powerful regenerative option. One session is usually sufficient. Best for higher-grade hair loss (Norwood 6–7) or those considering transplant.

PROGRAM
Single-session high-potency injection

How they work, biologically

Cellular communication

Signaling proteins reprogram weakened follicle cells into a regenerative state.

Anti-inflammatory action

Downregulates the immune signals that drive follicle miniaturization.

Angiogenesis

New capillary formation increases oxygen and nutrient delivery to follicles.

Stem-cell activation

Activates dermal papilla cells and bulge-area stem cells — the biological command centers driving hair growth.

The growth factors at work

PRP and Exosomes deliver a concentrated cocktail of signaling proteins. These are the key players and what each contributes to hair regrowth.

Protein
Full name
What it does
P
PDGF
Platelet-Derived Growth Factor
Drives dermal papilla activity, tissue repair, cell migration, and extracellular-matrix remodeling around each follicle.
VEGF
Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor
Builds new microvasculature around hair follicles — more blood vessels means more oxygen and nutrients reaching the follicle.
TGF-β
Transforming Growth Factor Beta
Assists in wound remodeling and scalp-tissue repair after micro-injury, helping the regenerative cascade resolve cleanly.
IGF-1
Insulin-like Growth Factor 1
Promotes follicular cell survival and anagen-supportive signaling — keeps follicles in the active growth phase longer.
EGF
Epidermal Growth Factor
Supports epithelial-cell proliferation and surface-tissue repair on the scalp, restoring a healthy growth environment.
FGF
Fibroblast Growth Factor
Supports dermal-papilla signaling and interacts with the Wnt / β-catenin pathway — the master regulator of hair-follicle development.

Who's a candidate for Exosomes

  • Men and women in early to moderate stages of hair thinning
  • Patients who haven't responded well to PRP or topical treatments alone
  • Individuals seeking a non-surgical alternative to transplantation
  • Diffuse hair loss, friction-related alopecia, or inflammation-driven thinning
  • Patients with autoimmune-sensitive scalps where other options aren't suitable
  • Add-on enhancement to a hair transplant for accelerated results

      Your closing toolkit

Scripts pulled from the HRI Sales Excellence Playbook. Hidden behind a copper-colored tab so it doesn't get tapped during a screen share.

      Pain-funnel discovery (Phase 3)

"Tell me what's brought you in today."
"How is the hair loss affecting you day-to-day?"
"And on the inside? Confidence, work, relationships, how you feel about yourself?"
"If we did nothing, same conversation a year from today, what does that look like?"
"What would it mean to look in the mirror and not think about this anymore?"

Bridge: pain → plan (Phase 5)

"You told me [their words]. What I'd recommend, based on what you said and what I just saw, is..."

Repeat their words back. The plan flows from their language, not yours.

"I need to think about it"

"Totally fair. When patients tell me they need to think about it, it's usually one of three things — they're not really interested, they're worried about the money, or they need to talk to someone first. Which is it for you?"

→ MONEY: send the Cherry link right now.
→ PARTNER: offer to call them in.
→ NOT INTERESTED: respect it, ask the real reason.

      "It's more than I expected"

"That's the most common reaction. Let me show you the monthly: with Cherry's interest-free option, that's $X — less than [a daily habit they mentioned]. If we got the monthly to $X, would that make this work?"

Never lead with a discount. Lead with monthly framing + cost-of-inaction.

      Closing prompts (Phase 7)

Assumptive: "Are mornings or afternoons better for the procedure date?"
Summary: "You came in because of A. We talked through B. The plan we built solves it with C. The investment is D. Should we get you on the calendar?"
Alternative: "Hold your spot today with the deposit, fully credited. Want the earlier date or the later one?"
Partner pre-empt: "Want me to grab them on a quick call right now so you can decide together?"

Take the deposit. Don't just mention it.

"To hold the date today, we collect a $1,800 non-refundable Room Hold Deposit, fully credited toward your procedure. Want me to put that on the same card you mentioned?"

Mentioning the deposit is the SETUP, not the close. Always make the explicit ask.
